The position directs planning, governance, and administrative frameworks, leading cross-functional teams and multi-year strategic plans to drive district priorities and improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• NC Principal or Superintendent certification preferred.
• Minimum five years' experience as district or building administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all laws, policies, and procedures.
• Lead, manage, supervise, and evaluate programs and staff.
• Develop and implement district policies and administrative frameworks.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate high-priority district initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise-wide systems and governance structures.
• Lead multi-year operational and strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning across district departments.
• Address complex organizational challenges using data-driven methods.
• Oversee district programs and initiatives to advance student achievement.
• Provide oversight of special projects and board-directed priorities.
• Develop strategic partnerships with agencies and community partners.
