Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education required.
• Doctorate in School Administration preferred.
• NC Certification preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years as building or district administrator.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of day-to-day district operations across multiple departments.
• Lead and evaluate programs and staff for district goals.
• Develop and monitor budgets and fiscal plans.
• Prepare data reports and analyses for decision making.
• Represent the district in meetings and public forums.
• Maintain compliance with laws and board policies.
• Coordinate long-range planning and program improvement.
