Job summary

Committee for Children is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Edtech Innovation, to drive a new product line for the K-12 U.S. education market.

You will shape strategy, translate needs into scalable products, and lead disciplined agile delivery from concept to launch. You'll collaborate with the VP of Product and cross-functional teams to secure resources, guide governance, and measure impact on learning outcomes and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in EdTech or youth-focused industries.
• Proven track record leading 0-1 product development and launching new products that achieved scale and revenue targets.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for product development, user research, or personalization.
• Hands-on experience with agile/Scrum or Kanban practices and tools for backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
• Experience managing or influencing cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of K-12 education markets, especially district and school purchasing dynamics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Travel is typically quarterly, may be every two months for research and testing.
• This position is remote; eligible to work remotely in multiple US states.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy & vision and translate market insights into scalable product ideas.
• Define success metrics and drive the roadmap with stakeholder alignment.
• Lead 0-1 product development from concept to launch with rapid iteration.
• Own agile delivery, backlog management, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Collaborate with researchers, instructional designers, UX, engineering, and GTM teams.
• Manage budgets, monitor product performance, and iterate based on outcomes.
