Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking an eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join our Legal department in Chantilly, VA. This full-time executive-level role supports civil and criminal litigation, FOIA, and Congressional inquiries by leading eDiscovery planning, data collection, and production using Relativity and other platforms.

The candidate will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and information management teams to ensure timely and accurate ESI handling, develop discovery plans, and

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive responsibility on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil and criminal litigation, FOIA, and Congressional requests.
• Serve as expert technical user of eDiscovery applications and coordinate with litigation teams to develop discovery plans.
• Use eDiscovery software to collect data from FBI IT systems in accordance with discovery plans.
• Analyze search results for data gaps and manage data inputs into eDiscovery review platforms.
• Coordinate collection results with FBI units and provide training and technical assistance to users.

Education

BS/BA degree or equivalent

JD highly preferred
