Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is hiring an eDiscovery Technical Advisor in Chantilly, VA with hybrid/remote options. The role requires Top Secret clearance and extensive eDiscovery experience to support civil and criminal matters, FOIA requests, and congressional inquiries.

You will use tools like Relativity and LHMT to create discovery plans and ensure proper Bates numbering and load files. The ideal candidate has a strong background in EDRM disciplines, excellent communication, and the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3+ years on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond review coding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced, agile environment.
• Familiar with EDRM every phase from file to trial.

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil/criminal matters.
• Support criminal discovery with ESI handling and planning.
• Use ED tools like LHMT and Veritas eDiscovery platforms.
• Develop discovery plans with search parameters and custodians.
• Coordinate with FBI units on collection results for review.
• Provide training and technical assistance on discovery tools.
• Document plans and procedures for each case.
• Assist with legal hold implementation and updates.
• Provide eDiscovery collections on criminal cases.
