Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to lead complex litigation support programs for a Federal agency. Based in Arlington, VA, you will coordinate Relativity workflows, data processing, review batches, and production sweeps while managing client expectations and cross-functional teams. Must be a U.S.

citizen with the ability to obtain a government security clearance. This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment and opportunities for professional growth within CGS's

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support with a focus on client solutions.
• 3+ years of progressive responsibility on major lit support projects.
• 2+ years using Relativity beyond document review coding.
• U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain government security clearance.
• Experience with Government software policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to clients to service all client eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop, modify, and implement workflows and resources needed to progress work through the system.
• Initiate work for clients by crafting work orders for data processing, review, and production.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy of job instructions and final work product.
• Communicate scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish informed project schedules based on activities, dependencies, and resources.
