Job summary

CGS is seeking an eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join our Legal team in a fast-paced environment, supporting civil and criminal matters, FOIA requests, and Congressional inquiries. You will act as the technical lead for ESI processes, from preservation through production, ensuring accuracy and defensible work product.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with eDiscovery tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and government

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of progressive experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil/criminal matters.
• Serve as expert user of eDiscovery applications and coordinate discovery plans.
• Collaborate with litigation teams to set search parameters and data scope.
• Collect data from FBI IT systems and coordinate with FBI units.
• Ensure loading, deduplication, and Bates numbering quality of productions.
• Provide training and technical assistance on eDiscovery platforms.
