Job summary

CGS Federal is hiring a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to support the legal organization of a large Federal agency. The role focuses on leading eDiscovery workflows in Relativity, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, quality delivery of processing, review, and production tasks.

The ideal candidate has extensive Relativity experience, strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while navigating government

Qualifications

• :- 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• - 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• - 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment agile work environment.
• - Experience with EDRM across all realms (File to Trial).
• - Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain U.S. Government clearance.
• - BS/BA degree or equivalent; JD highly preferred.
• - Experience with Government software policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• > Respond to client requests and provide consultation to service all eDiscovery needs.
• - Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity.
• - Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• - Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• - Develop, modify, and implement workflows and tools.
• - Initiate work orders for data processing, review, and production.
• - Conduct quality checks on instructions and final products.
• - Communicate scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• - Establish informed project schedules and resource needs.
• - Participate in kick-off, workflows, and project closure tasks.
• - Maintain understanding of e-discovery landscape and tools used.
