Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Program Manager to join a fast-paced legal team. This executive-level role oversees staff, IT coordination, and end-to-end discovery lifecycle for government accounts, ensuring timely deliverables and compliance.

You will mentor team members, manage timekeeping and reporting, partner with FBI security, COR, and OGC leadership, and drive process improvements across the program. A strong background in eDiscovery platforms and IT infrastructure is essential.

Qualifications

• Program management experience in eDiscovery or legal IT programs.
• Experience with security, IT administration, and staffing coordination.
• Ability to manage client expectations and deliverables.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and track schedules and milestones.
• Familiarity with Veritas eDiscovery and Microsoft Exchange environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff management and oversight for the eDiscovery program.
• Oversee administrative/logistical support and time entry across staff.
• Coordinate security, IT, and admin onboarding with FBI and related units.
• Mentor new team members and address performance issues.
• Manage client expectations and deliverables with clear communication.
• Develop schedules, milestones, and deliverables; support Change Requests.
