Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC (CGS) seeks an eDiscovery Deputy Program Manager to join our team supporting a large state agency. The role oversees daily operational and technical execution of litigation support services, guiding workflows and ensuring timely, high‑quality deliverables.

You will lead a team of project managers, data analysts, and technical staff, coordinate vendor tools (including Relativity), and step in as acting program manager when needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on eDiscovery project management or litigation support operations.
• 1+ years leading teams, supervising staff, or managing complex operational shifts.
• Advanced proficiency in managing Relativity or equivalent EDRM processing and review engines.
• Ability to troubleshoot critical database issues under tight court deadlines.
• Experience organizing information for large, complex litigations across cases, courts, jurisdictions, and plaintiffs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the eDiscovery team, including deadline tracking and project trackers.
• Establish and enforce QA protocols for data collection through production.
• Provide daily oversight and support for eDiscovery project managers, data analysts, and technical staff.
• Coordinate with vendors to optimize data management tools (e.g., Relativity).
• Assume full management responsibilities in the absence of the Program Manager.
