Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Program Manager to join our legal operations team in a fast-paced environment. You will lead program initiatives, support government and commercial accounts, and coordinate resources across internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes process improvement, timely reporting, and clear communication with clients, security, IT, and legal teams to ensure the delivery of eDiscovery services meets contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading discovery/eDiscovery programs.
• Experience coordinating with security and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative support for the contract staff and time entry.
• Coordinate onboarding with FBI security, IT, and other units.
• Mentor and assist new team members on daily tasks.
• Address performance or personnel issues promptly and thoroughly.
• Manage client expectations and deliverables; communicate with clients.
• Plan, organize, and track schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide information for Change Requests and Contract Modifications.
• Oversee system maintenance and backups; review logs and reports.
