Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an eDiscovery Deputy Program Manager to oversee daily operational and technical execution of litigation support services for a large state agency. You will lead teams, refine workflows, and ensure data collection, processing, hosting, review, and production meet strict quality, timeline, and security requirements.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on eDiscovery project management or litigation support operations.
1+ year of experience leading teams or managing operational shifts.
Advanced proficiency in Relativity or equivalent EDRM processing and review engines.
Proven ability to troubleshoot critical database issues under tight court deadlines.
Experience managing information for large, complex litigations across multiple cases and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day‑to‑day operations of the eDiscovery team, including priority task monitoring and deadline tracking.
Establish and enforce QA protocols for data collection through production.
Provide daily oversight and support for eDiscovery project managers, data analysts, and technical staff.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure data management tools and environments (e.g., Relativity) are optimized.
Act as acting leadership and assume full management responsibilities in the absence of the Program Manager.
