CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced eDiscovery Program Manager to lead a dynamic team in support of government accounts. The role emphasizes program oversight, staff mentoring, and collaboration with legal, IT, and security units.

The position requires executive-level coordination, strong client communication, and the ability to drive process improvements across the program while ensuring timely deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing discovery program staff and contractors.
• Coordinate administrative activities with FBI security, IT, and other units.
• Maintain daily time entry and documentation practices.
• Mentor new team members and address performance issues.
• Communicate with clients and manage expectations.
• Plan and track project schedules and deliverables.
• Provide cost and staffing estimates for tasks and future work.
• Support RFQ performance and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Discovery Program staff management support and contractors oversight.
• Oversee administrative logistics for the contract; notify schedule changes and coverage.
• Ensure daily time entry by contract staff.
• Coordinate onboarding with FBI security, IT, and admin units.
• Mentor and assist new team members; address issues promptly.
• Communicate with clients to manage expectations and deliverables.
• Develop and track schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist with change requests and contract modifications.
• Monitor system maintenance, backups, and logs; report findings.
