Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Program Manager to join a fast-paced Legal team. You will lead staff management for discovery projects, coordinate administrative and IT tasks, and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

The role involves overseeing eDiscovery platforms, system maintenance, and collaboration with COR and OGC leads to define and execute reports and inputs for contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Provide discovery program staff management support, including scheduling and coverage.
• Ensure daily time entry is recorded by all contract staff.
• Coordinate administrative activities for new contract staff with FBI security, IT, and admin units.
• Mentor and assist new team members in daily tasks.
• Address performance or personnel issues promptly and thoroughly.
• Manage client expectations and deliverables with timely communication.
• Initiate process improvement initiatives.
• Provide eDiscovery subject matter expertise for full life cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative/logistical support for the contract, including schedule changes and coverage.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping for contract staff.
• Coordinate onboarding with FBI security and IT teams.
• Mentor new team members and address issues.
• Communicate with clients on deliverables and status.
• Support RFQ and contract modification activities.
• Monitor system maintenance and backups.
