Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an eDiscovery Program Manager to lead staff, coordinate contract logistics, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of eDiscovery services. You will work with FBI security, IT, and admin units to onboard new staff and maintain smooth operations.

You will oversee timekeeping, performance, and client-facing communications while driving process improvements and ensuring all milestones are met across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading eDiscovery programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coordinate staff activities and manage performance.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams to ensure deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Provide Discovery Program contractor staff management support and oversee administrative logistics.
• Ensure daily time entry is recorded by all contract staff.
• Coordinate onboarding of new contract staff with FBI security, IT and admin units.
• Mentor and assist new team members; address performance issues promptly.
• Manage client expectations and clearly communicate progress and milestones.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and track deliverables across stakeholders.
• Oversee Veritas eDiscovery and system administration activities; ensure schedule adherence.
