Kirkland & Ellis LLP is seeking a Legal Practice Technology Discovery Advisor to lead complex eDiscovery efforts within the Litigation & Practice Technology group. You will manage high-stakes review projects, optimize workflows, and collaborate with attorneys and vendors to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong eDiscovery expertise across complex litigation.
• Proven ability to lead contract attorneys and review teams.
• Experience with TAR and defensible search methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analytics and review design.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end discovery processes across large matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and QA for review teams.
• Design and implement review workflows with TAR and batching strategies.
• Define scope, track progress, and communicate across teams and clients.
• Analyze findings, provide metrics, and support depositions/trials.
• Provide hands-on Relativity and other platform support.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and training within the team.
• Handle special projects and urgent requests.
