Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join a fast-paced Legal team. The role focuses on supporting various aspects of the company's eDiscovery portfolio, advising on preservation, collection, processing, and production of ESI for civil and select government matters.

The position requires strong communication skills, experience with Relativity and EDRM processes, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Candidates must be U.S.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders and team players.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and agile work environment.
• Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM (File to Trial).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• The ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation technology support across the FBI Discovery policy landscape and evolving procedures.
• Monitor changes in laws and industry best practices to enhance eDiscovery processes.
• Verify proposed solutions meet underlying business needs and conduct testing of system upgrades.
• Advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil litigation, select criminal matters, FOIA and Congressional inquiries.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures for the ETA role.
• Support use of electronic discovery applications and related legal expertise.
