Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an experienced eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to support legal accounts and assist with complex discovery workflows. You will work within a fast-paced team to deliver litigation support using cutting-edge tools and practices.

The role requires a strong technical background in eDiscovery, familiarity with Relativity, and the ability to translate legal requirements into practical solutions in a government contracting environment. U.S.

Qualifications

5+ years in eDiscovery and litigation support focusing on client solutions.
3+ years on major litigation support projects.
2+ years in Relativity beyond document review.
Excellent communication with both technical teams and business leaders.

Responsibilities

Monitor changes to laws impacting civil and criminal litigation and FBI Discovery policies.
Survey industry best practices to apply new technology for FBI Discovery.
Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs and add new capabilities.
Test system upgrades and patches before release.
Provide guidance on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI.
Monitor legal hold custodians and preserve materials as required.
Update/create standard operating procedures for ETA role.
Provide strong technical and legal expertise on eDiscovery applications.
