Job summary

CGS Federal, part of Contact Government Services, seeks a Senior Discovery IT System Administrator to sustain electronic discovery platforms and related infrastructure. The role centers on ensuring high availability, performance, and security of discovery tools within a government-facing environment.

The candidate will engage with vendors, assist with backend migrations, and contribute to training and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and monitoring electronic discovery applications.
• Knowledge of the EDRM and legal technology workflows.
• Ability to install, operate, and manage Windows Server and SQL Server 2019/2022.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and tools.
• Monitor and maintain systems, applications, and infrastructure; install/configure software.
• Liaise with vendors and support backend infrastructure and migrations.
• Develop and provide end-user training and create knowledge articles.
• Support discovery application integration or migration activities.
