CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced Senior Data Specialist II in Tampa to support the EDRM workflow for a large federal initiative. The role requires hands-on data processing, file manipulation, and QA across multiple litigation platforms, with a focus on accuracy and adherence to ESI specifications.

You will work with Everlaw, Relativity, Eclipse, and other tools, supporting attorneys and paralegals, coordinating with the Litigation Support Manager, and ensuring

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree preferred in computer science or related field.
• Knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Familiarity with Government IT environments and office automation networks.
• Experience with LAW, IPRO, Relativity or other document processing platforms.
• Experience with document review tools and data processing tasks.
• At least two years’ experience performing eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, QA, and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Performs file manipulation, loading, conversion, indexing, and quality checks of loads.
• Develops and modifies methodologies for manipulating files for litigation support applications.
• Ensures incoming productions are made per ESI specifications.
• Exports data from databases, confirms redactions, and performs QA on exports.
• Supports attorneys, investigators, and paralegals by tracking and processing documents and producing materials.
• Coordinates with the Litigation Support Manager to ensure compliance with ESIs and client requirements.
• Collaborates with the client’s Technology Service Center on projects outsourced to the client.
• Assists with modifications of files for use with COTS products and tools.
