Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a federal agency from Chicago with hybrid/remote options. You will manage Relativity analytics, processing, and productions, advising attorneys on discovery strategies while guiding staff across the eDiscovery lifecycle.

The role requires advanced Relativity expertise, PowerShell scripting, and hands-on experience with Active Learning, Case Map, and Text Map. Collaboration with attorneys and clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Active Learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed planning and organizational skills across eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff to conform to ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure productions comply with ESI specs and provide detailed notices for deficiencies.
• Performs advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Creates, troubleshoots, and repairs Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provides input on technology options for discovery responses.
• Ensures standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support are applied.
• Creates statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production.
• Stays updated on emerging eDiscovery technologies and processes.
• Maintains knowledge of available software and contributes to briefings on new technology.
• Generates and supports Case Map / Text Map databases.
