Qualifications

• 2+ years of knowledge of EDI transactions including testing of X12 formats (837P/837I/837 Outgoing/999/TA1/U277).
• 2+ years using crosswalks, HIPAA implementation guides, and requirements docs to map data to database fields.
• 2+ years understanding privacy rules and HIPAA compliance.
• 2+ years in client-facing environment handling EDI-related issue resolution, testing, root-cause analysis, and discussions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and implementation of EDI partners through system setup, configuration, testing, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document implementations that meet client expectations.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate end-to-end processing across test and production environments.
• Interpret technical specs, healthcare EDI formats, and related docs for accuracy and compliance.
• Educate and support clients during implementation, including production prep and protocol/file format changes.
