Qualifications

• 2+ years of comprehensive knowledge of EDI transactions.
• 2+ years using crosswalks, HIPAA guides, and requirements to validate data mapping.
• 2+ years of HIPAA compliance understanding.
• 2+ years of client-facing experience for EDI-related issue resolution and testing.
• 2+ years in a client-facing environment coordinating with clients on EDI issues, testing, root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and implement EDI partners by coordinating system setup, configuration, testing and production readiness.
• Gather business requirements with internal and external stakeholders and document implementation needs.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionality end-to-end across test and production environments.
• Review technical specs, HIPAA formats, and related docs for accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Educate and support clients through implementation activities including production prep and changes to protocols or formats.
