Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an EDI Implementation professional to support onboarding and integration with partners, coordinating system setup, configuration, testing, and production readiness. You will gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, develop test cases, validate end-to-end processing, and assist clients through production changes and protocol updates.

A background in healthcare and an associate degree are preferred; the role offers a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

2+ years of knowledge of EDI transactions including 837P/837I/837 Outgoing/999/TA1/U277.
2+ years using crosswalks and HIPAA implementation guides to map data.
2+ years understanding privacy rules and HIPAA compliance.
2+ years client-facing with EDI-related issue resolution and testing.
2+ years in a client-facing environment collaborating on testing and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding and implementation of EDI partners via system setup and testing.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and document implementation needs.
Develop and execute test cases to validate end-to-end processing.
Review technical specs and HIPAA-related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Educate and support clients through production readiness and protocol changes.
