Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented EDI Implementation Specialist to support onboarding and integration of trading partners. You will coordinate system setup, configuration, testing, and production readiness to ensure seamless EDI processing across environments.

You will gather business requirements from clients and stakeholders, translate them into implementation plans, and develop rigorous test cases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of knowledge of EDI transactions and testing
• Experience with X12 formats (837P/837I/999/TA1/U277)
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy rules and compliance
• Experience working with clients on EDI issue resolution and testing
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Onboard and implement EDI partners, coordinating setup, tests, and production readiness
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document implementation needs
• Develop test cases to validate end-to-end processing across test and production environments
• Review technical specs and HIPAA/EDI formats for accuracy and compliance
• Educate clients during implementation, including protocol and file-format changes
