CVS Health is seeking an EDI Implementation Specialist to support onboarding and testing of EDI partners. You will coordinate system setup, document requirements, and ensure end-to-end processing meets client expectations.

The role requires 2+ years in EDI transactions, HIPAA compliance, and a client-focused mindset, with strong communication and problem-solving skills in a collaborative, high-pressure environment. 40 hours weekly, full-time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of knowledge of EDI transactions and testing.
• Experience using crosswalks and HIPAA implementation guides.
• Understanding of HIPAA privacy rules and compliance.
• Experience in client-facing environments resolving issues.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and implementation of EDI partners with system setup, configuration, testing and readiness.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate end-to-end processing across test and production.
• Review technical specs and healthcare EDI formats for accuracy and compliance.
• Educate and support clients during implementation including production changes.
