CVS Health is seeking an experienced EDI Implementation Specialist to support onboarding and implementation of EDI partners, coordinating system setup, configuration, testing, and production readiness for growth in healthcare operations.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data mappings, and develop test cases that ensure end-to-end processing across test and production environments, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of knowledge of EDI transactions (837P/837I/837 Outgoing/999/TA1/U277).
• 2+ years using crosswalks and HIPAA implementation guides to map data correctly.
• 2+ years of privacy rules understanding and HIPAA compliance.
• 2+ years in client-facing environment handling EDI-related issues.
• 2+ years partnering with clients on testing and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and implementation of EDI partners with system setup and testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document needs.
• Develop and execute test cases for end-to-end processing.
• Review technical specs and HIPAA-related documentation for compliance.
• Educate and support clients through production prep and protocol changes.
