Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public or Business Administration, Economic Development, Urban Planning, Commercial Real Estate, Economics, Finance or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5–7 years progressively responsible work experience in economic development, redevelopment, banking, finance or related areas.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and BI tools.
• Minimum working knowledge of a CRM system; company training available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business attraction strategies to position Atlanta as a premier destination.
• Identify key industries through market analysis and industry trends.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with private companies, brokers, site selectors, and partners.
• Lead complex economic development projects and mentor junior staff.
• Conduct financial and incentive analyses to assess feasibility and impact.
