Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex, high-stakes projects in Transport, Mobility, or Software.
• Fluency in formal project methodologies (APM, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMI) and Phase-Gate governance.
• Strong proficiency in P&L tracking, contract management, cost forecasting, and baseline change control.
• Experience delivering customer-facing deliverables where downtime or delays impact reputation or revenue.
• Excellent verbal and written English with ability to present data to C-suite leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build, baseline, and defend PMPs detailing execution rationale and resources.
• Own the master schedule, track critical paths, and control baselines across time and cost.
• Manage change requests, evaluate financial impacts, and protect baselines from scope creep.
• Forecast and manage expenditures to maintain financial health and contractual alignment.
• Own RAID log, quantify threats, and secure resources with functional leads.
• Build credibility with senior executives, partners, transit authorities, and customers.
