Job summary

Brand Apart seeks a Project Leader in Atlanta to guide integrated creative projects and maintain strong client relationships. You will act as the connective tissue across subject matter experts, ensuring projects meet goals, budgets, and timelines in a hybrid work setting.

You’llpartner with Design, Video, Strategy, and Events teams, driving cross-functional collaboration and strategic account stewardship for high-profile clients like Chick-fil-A. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of client relations and project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Ability to grow client relationships and generate new business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Project Leadership.
• Be the internal champion for our client’s goals and Brand Apart advocate.
• Grow client relationships in a consultative way.
• Win trust with clients through delivering exceptional creative and strategic work.
• Scope new projects including budgets, resourcing, and timelines in partnership with design, strategy, or video teams.
• Package, pitch, and present proposals to clients effectively.
• Maintain utilization of Monday.com for project management tasks and milestones.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure deliverables meet client goals and expectations.
• Meet regularly with Relationship Lead for feedback and strategic recommendations.
• Drive daily logistical needs of clients and projects to meet deadlines.
• Promote a unified team environment among Brand Apart staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Assist and manage other special projects as needed.
