Job summary

Winter Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager (All Markets) in Atlanta, GA to lead projects across hospitality, municipal, government, multifamily, and industrial markets. The role involves guiding teams from preconstruction through closeout, driving financial performance, and developing client relationships to win new work.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience leading ground-up and renovation projects $50M+ in hospitality, municipal, government, multifamily, or industrial markets.
• Strong command of project financials, buyout, and subcontract negotiation.
• Experience developing project teams and leading multiple PMs/PMEs.
• Business development experience, including RFP responses and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and project startup, including estimates, buyout, and subcontract negotiations.
• Oversee project financials, including cost reporting, change management, and cash flow.
• Partner with the Superintendent to manage schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance.
• Lead, train, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Interns.
• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and presentations, and build relationships with owners, architects, and industry partners to win new work.
