Job summary

SHRM in Alexandria, VA seeks an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and day-to-day operations of SHRM's digital commerce experience. You will partner across strategy, technology, analytics, and marketing to deliver revenue growth and a seamless customer journey.

Responsibilities include developing the eCommerce roadmap, owning catalog and product data (NetSuite), and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to optimize conversion and order value in a hybrid work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years in eCommerce, digital product, or a related field with complex digital commerce ownership.
Strong knowledge of eCommerce strategy, digital customer experience, merchandising, product/catalog management, and operations.
Excellent project and program management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the eCommerce strategy and roadmap aligned with revenue and customer needs.
Develop business cases for new commerce capabilities and investments.
Monitor revenue, conversion, AOV, checkout, product performance, and customer behavior; translate insights into actions.
Own the eCommerce technology ecosystem and NetSuite product data coordination with IT.
Oversee catalog management, product setup, and SKU structures; ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate dependencies across eCommerce, ERP, payments, fulfillment, Finance, and Customer Experience.
