Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Senior Manager, eCommerce Strategy & Operations to lead performance and optimization of its digital commerce ecosystem in the United States. You will own website operations, SEO, marketplace performance, and customer journey improvements to drive sustainable growth.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B/B2C eCommerce with proven leadership in marketplace management, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, economics, eCommerce, digital marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in B2B/B2C eCommerce or digital growth roles with website and marketplace management.
• Proven experience managing e‑commerce platforms, website operations, SEO programs, and digital customer experiences.
• Strong understanding of marketplace management including Amazon Vendor Central and digital shelf optimization.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance, optimization, and strategic evolution of Henkel's digital commerce ecosystem.
• Own website operations, digital experience optimization, SEO, and marketplace performance to support growth.
• Lead 3rd party eCommerce capabilities (Amazon) with strategic development and deployment with distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT to ensure a customer-centric digital experience and improve conversion and efficiency.
