Job summary

SHRM in Alexandria, VA seeks an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and day-to-day operations of SHRM's digital commerce experience. You will partner across strategy, technology, analytics, and marketing to deliver revenue growth and a seamless customer journey.

Responsibilities include developing the eCommerce roadmap, owning catalog and product data (NetSuite), and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to optimize conversion and order value in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in eCommerce, digital product, or a related field with complex digital commerce ownership.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce strategy, digital customer experience, merchandising, product/catalog management, and operations.
• Excellent project and program management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the eCommerce strategy and roadmap aligned with revenue and customer needs.
• Develop business cases for new commerce capabilities and investments.
• Monitor revenue, conversion, AOV, checkout, product performance, and customer behavior; translate insights into actions.
• Own the eCommerce technology ecosystem and NetSuite product data coordination with IT.
• Oversee catalog management, product setup, and SKU structures; ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate dependencies across eCommerce, ERP, payments, fulfillment, Finance, and Customer Experience.
