Stott and May Inc. seeks a hands-on Technical eCommerce Operations Manager to lead day-to-day health and continuous improvement of the direct-to-consumer ecommerce ecosystem from Midtown Manhattan.

You will own production support, integrations, and vendor coordination to ensure reliable website operations. The role reports to senior leadership, coordinates across technology and business teams, and requires strong problem solving, PM skills, and a track record of optimizing digital platforms for

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce, digital platform, or technology operations.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or equivalent enterprise ecommerce.
• Hands-on technical capabilities: API integration/testing and backend configuration.
• Experience connecting to ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) and payments/fraud vendors.
• Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day ecommerce operations across six websites.
• Own production support, issue management, and release coordination.
• Manage vendor relationships for payments, fraud, tax, and analytics tools.
• Develop documentation and SOPs; drive platform stability and efficiency.
• Proactively identify risks and drive scalable improvements.
