Job summary

Stelle Athletica Inc. in Hayward, CA is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Experience & Insights Analyst to optimize how customers shop on our site.

You will blend ecommerce analytics, customer experience, and CRO to uncover opportunities and drive improvements across the customer journey. You will partner with Marketing, UI/UX, Creative, Photography, Product, Merchandising, and Technology to explain data insights, test ideas, and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in ecommerce analytics, digital analytics, CRO, web analytics, or related fields.
Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and analysis of product, collection, and customer journey performance.
Advanced experience with GA4 and behavioral analytics tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Contentsquare, FullStory, or similar.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer behavior across navigation, search, collection pages, PDPs, cart, and checkout.
Use GA4, Shopify Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and other tools to identify friction and opportunities.
Compare results by device, traffic source, landing page, and customer segment.
Evaluate metrics like conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, AOV, revenue per session, & cart abandonment.
Partner with Marketing, UI/UX, Creative, Product, Merchandising, and Technology teams to measure impact.
Maintain an experimentation roadmap and plan testable hypotheses with stakeholding teams.
