Horizon Hobby, LLC is seeking a Senior Merchant for the eCommerce department to lead HorizonHobby.com in Champaign, IL. This on-site role focuses on a customer-led commercial strategy across product merchandising, category growth, loyalty programs, and education.

The Senior Merchant will manage a team of Digital Category merchants across multiple product ecosystems, driving growth, engagement, and long-term loyalty. Excellent leadership and strategic vision are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Business: Senior merchandising leader for direct-to-consumer experience.
• Drive Commercial Performance: Own key metrics like revenue growth, conversion, AOV, loyalty.
• Lead Category Merchandising: Build and lead a team of digital category merchants.
• Create the Industry's Best Hobby Retail Experience: Guide product discovery, education, and cross-sell.
• Grow Loyalty and Customer Relationships: Develop programs and personalized journeys.
• Leadership & Partnership: Collaborate with Director roles to deliver a connected experience.
