Legendary Holdings is seeking a customer-focused E-Commerce Merchant to own the online assortment, guiding product selection, presentation, and timing across our multi-brand apparel and consumer products platforms.

The role emphasizes strong retail instincts, understanding what customers search for and buy, and turning insights into an optimized, relevant online assortment with a focus on newness cadence and visibility planning. In-office position with fast-paced collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, retail buying, product merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong retail instinct and product sensibility with an understanding of what makes a product compelling to the customer.
• Naturally curious about why customers buy, what they want next, and how products perform.
• Ability to connect the dots between the customer, product, and business.
• Experience with Amazon or other high-volume e-commerce businesses is strongly preferred.
• In-office availability to work.

Responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce assortment, ensuring the right mix of products, styles, colors, and sizes for customers.
• Meet revenue targets, hit margin goals, and maximize productivity through the lifecycle of the product.
• Use strong retail and product instinct to identify opportunities to grow.
• Review sales and product performance to identify winners, underperformers, trends, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain a clear Good / Better / Best assortment across price points.
