Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or related field.
• Strong retail instinct and product sensibility.
• Ability to use customer insights to inform assortment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce assortment and ensure a compelling product mix.
• Identify opportunities to grow the assortment by color, size, and style.
• Review sales and product performance to spot winners and trends.
• Build a clear Good / Better / Best assortment across price points.
• Forecast revenue and margin targets and adjust the assortment accordingly.
