Job summary

Legendary Holdings seeks a customer-focused E-Commerce Merchant to own the online assortment and drive growth across marketplaces. You will bring strong retail instincts to decisions about what to sell, how it’s presented, and when to introduce new products.

You’ll work closely with Product Designers, Marketing, Sales, Planning, and Operations, partnering with the eCommerce Sr. Director on consumer insights to shape assortment and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in e-commerce merchandising, retail buying, or related field.
• Strong retail instinct and product sensibility.
• Naturally curious about why customers buy and what they want next.
• Understanding of assortment planning and opportunities within a product line.
• Ability to connect the dots between customer, product, and business.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized, proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Amazon or other high-volume e-commerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce assortment, ensuring the right mix of products, styles, colors, and sizes.
• Meet revenue targets, margins, and productivity across the product lifecycle.
• Use retail and product instinct to identify opportunities to grow.
• Understand what customers are searching for and buying to improve assortment.
• Review sales and product performance to identify winners and trends.
• Make thoughtful product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Identify opportunities in color, size, style, and product offerings.
• Build and maintain a Good / Better / Best assortment across price points.
• Own the newness cadence and the online visibility plan.
• Partner with the eCommerce Sr. Director on consumer insights.
• Connect customer feedback to future product creation.
• Stay close to the marketplace to understand trends and movements.
• Review performance and adjust assortment to improve sales.
