Job summary

Jam+ in the US is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Marketing Manager to own onsite merchandising and integrated marketing across Envelopes.com, JAM Paper, and Folders.com. You will lead a merchandising capability, drive a scalable Shopify operation, and partner with analytics, lifecycle marketing, paid media, and sales to optimize conversion and revenue.

The role requires deep hands-on Shopify experience, ability to set direction and lead a team, and a track record of improving catalog discoverability

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ecommerce marketing with measurable results.
• Hands-on Shopify / Shopify Plus experience in a complex store.
• Experience leading ecommerce merchandising teams for long-tail catalogs.
• Strong knowledge of taxonomy, navigation, filtering, onsite search, and product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior business owner for Shopify storefronts; manage collections, navigation, search, PDPs, and promotions.
• Translate merchandising needs into developer requirements and establish scalable operating standards.
• Lead a merchandising team with clear ownership, workflows, and performance expectations.
• Own integrated marketing & merchandising calendar across three brands; coordinate campaigns and launches.
• Develop hypotheses from customer behavior and run fast experiments to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Own reporting and business reviews; diagnose opportunities using data and drive action.
