Job summary

Jam+ seeks a Senior Ecommerce Marketing Manager to own on-site merchandising and integrated marketing across Envelopes.com, JAM Paper, and Folders.com. You will lead a hands-on merchandising program, translate priorities into Shopify enhancements, and drive conversion and revenue.

You will manage a merchandising team, collaborate with design, analytics, lifecycle marketing, paid media, and sales, and apply AI-enabled practices to improve campaigns, product discovery, and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ecommerce marketing or digital commerce with meaningful ownership of business results.
• Hands-on Shopify/Shopify Plus in a complex ecommerce environment; demonstrated configurations, launches, optimizations, and troubleshooting.
• Experience building, managing, and developing ecommerce merchandising teams for complex catalogs.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce taxonomy, navigation, filtering, onsite search, and product recommendations.
• Ability to lead integrated campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Willingness to work directly in Shopify when needed; strong cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own the Shopify storefronts as the senior business owner and hands-on operator; manage collections, navigation, and promotions.
• Translate merchandising needs into clear developer requirements and establish scalable standards across three brands.
• Build and develop a high-performing ecommerce merchandising team with clear ownership and processes.
• Own the integrated ecommerce marketing and merchandising calendar; coordinate campaigns across website, email, landing pages, and paid media.
• Develop hypotheses from customer behavior and run rapid experiments to improve acquisition, conversion, and LTV.
• Own reporting and business reviews; analyze conversion, AOV, revenue, retention, and inventory productivity.
