Famous Supply seeks a Senior eCommerce Specialist to enhance online customer experiences across our websites and mobile app. You’ll own marketing automation, analytics, and product content optimization while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, IT, and external partners to drive growth and efficiency.

You’ll turn data into actionable improvements, spearhead customer journey enhancements, and help scale our eCommerce platform with a blend of creativity, technology, analytics, and problem-solving.

Competenze

• 3+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related field.
• Experience with CMS, CRM, marketing automation, or eCommerce platforms.
• Strong GA4 knowledge and ability to build dashboards.
• Ability to turn data into recommendations improving customer experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive learning mindset.

Mansioni

• Act as day-to-day lead for marketing automation and CRM workflows and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product Data to improve product content and navigation.
• Coordinate with Sales to represent products, promotions, and events online.
• Maintain platform health, configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure a consistent experience across websites and mobile app.
• Build dashboards and provide real-time performance insights.
• Spot opportunities to improve conversions and reduce friction.
• Drive data-backed recommendations for customer experience.
