Famous Supply is seeking a Senior eCommerce Specialist to enhance the online customer experience and optimize digital channels across our website and mobile app.

You will lead marketing automation, analytics, and cross-team initiatives to improve conversion and reduce friction. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Data, IT, and our partners to deliver compelling product content and seamless buying journeys.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing, website or platform management, digital merchandising, or a related field.
• Experience working with CMS, CRM, marketing automation, or eCommerce platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and experience building performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day point person for marketing automation, CRM, workflows, pipelines and reporting.
• Coordinate with Product Data to improve content, categorization, searchability, and navigation.
• Partner with Sales to ensure products, promotions and events are represented on websites and app.
• Work with IT and agency partners to maintain platform health, config, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure a consistent experience across websites and mobile app.
