Famous Supply seeks an experienced Senior eCommerce Specialist to drive online customer experiences across web and mobile. You will manage automation, analytics, and product content while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product Data, IT, and external partners to optimize the online shopping journey.

The role blends creativity with data and technology, offering opportunities to influence digital channels, improve tools and content, and grow our ecommerce business.

Qualifications

3+ years in ecommerce, digital marketing or website management.
Experience with CMS, CRM, marketing automation, or ecommerce platforms.
Strong GA4 analytics and dashboard development skills.

Responsibilities

Own marketing automation workflows, pipelines, and reporting.
Improve product content, categorization, and navigation with Product Data.
Coordinate campaigns with Sales, Marketing, IT, and agencies.
Build dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations to improve conversions.
Coordinate with teams on promotions, content and digital priorities.
Support platform updates, app enhancements, and integrations.
