Job summary

The Foggy Dog, LLC, a San Francisco-based pet brand, is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to own our ecommerce performance. You will optimize conversion, AOV, and revenue per session, turning data into a prioritized roadmap in partnership with the VP of Marketing.

You will lead site merchandising, CRO, and operations, manage the Ecommerce Operations Analyst and contractors, and shape the customer journey across Shopify with a bias toward action and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ecommerce experience including team leadership.
• Experience with Shopify and ecommerce analytics.
• Proven ability to drive conversion and revenue through CRO.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce strategy, analytics & optimization to improve KPIs.
• Lead site merchandising and customer experience across homepage, collections, PDPs, and navigations.
• Oversee site operations, launches, QA, and calendar management, coordinating with developers and contractors.
• Manage and develop the Ecommerce Operations Analyst and external partners to deliver high-quality ecommerce projects.
