Job summary

Central Garden & Pet is seeking a Senior DTC Manager to drive the Best Bully Sticks DTC channel across merchandising, SEO, email, paid media, and site optimization. You will own BBS.com planning, CRO initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue and customer experience.

The role requires 7–10 years in DTC, strong Shopify expertise, and data-driven decision making. On-site 5 days/week in Neptune City, NJ with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience on a DTC website with CRO, SEO, app management, and content management.
• Shopify experience is required, including Shopify Plus.
• Hands-on experience with e-Commerce platforms (Shopify Plus), GA, and A/B testing.
• Technical experience with Shopify Plus, Salsify, site merchandising tools, and subscription apps.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead DTC strategy, annual planning, and merchandising for BBS.com.
• Oversee CRO initiatives from ideation to execution using tests and analytics.
• Manage content across the site, PDPs, and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with Creative, Finance, Customer Care, Inventory/S&OP, and agencies.
• Drive email, SMS, paid media, and content campaigns in alignment with DTC goals.
