Job summary

The Foggy Dog, LLC in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to own the performance and optimization of the ecommerce experience, driving conversion, revenue per session, and AOV. You will translate business goals and customer insights into a prioritized roadmap that delivers measurable revenue growth.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will lead CRO, onsite merchandising, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Creative, and Product.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ecommerce experience with team management.
• Proven record improving conversion, AOV, and revenue per visitor.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing contractors and external development partners.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce performance and CRO roadmap.
• Lead onsite merchandising strategy across homepage and category pages.
• Translate priorities into actionable site plans and launches.
• Oversee Shopify platform and tech stack with developers.
• Communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
