Job summary

YISE Beauty is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Commerce in Columbus, OH to lead DTC retention and ecommerce performance, translating insights into an actionable lifecycle calendar and site-optimization roadmap.

This hands-on role partners with Creative, Marketing, Operations, the Paid Media team, and external developers to deliver coordinated campaigns and a strong customer experience. 5+ years in ecommerce with Shopify and Klaviyo expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ecommerce, DTC, growth, or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Hands-on Shopify and Klaviyo experience, including segmentation and automated flows.
• Knowledge of performance marketing, attribution, and the relationship between paid media and retention.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and GA4, and ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
• Experience coordinating creative and technical partners; strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage DTC retention, lifecycle marketing, and email/SMS plans with Klaviyo; guide scheduling and QA.
• Oversee CRO and site testing plan to improve conversion and AOV; define hypotheses and metrics.
• Coordinate with Operations, Creative, Marketing, and external partners on site promotions and customer experience.
• Maintain dashboards analyzing site, lifecycle, and acquisition data using Shopify/Klaviyo/GA4.
• Provide weekly retention recap with actionable next steps and performance drivers.
