Job summary

YISE Beauty seeks an interim Senior Manager, Digital Commerce to drive DTC retention and ecommerce performance. You will translate customer and channel insights into a practical lifecycle calendar and site optimization roadmap, reporting to the SVP of Digital Commerce.

This hands-on role blends analytics with lifecycle execution, partnering with Creative, Marketing, Operations, and external developers to deliver coordinated campaigns and a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce, DTC, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on Shopify and Klaviyo experience with flows and testing.
• Strong analytics, Excel, GA4 knowledge; translate data into actions.
• Experience coordinating creative and technical partners; project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage email, SMS, and subscription marketing plans under SVP direction.
• Develop briefs, review builds, test sends, and guide scheduling with the Senior Coordinator.
• Identify opportunities to grow lists, reduce churn, and improve retention.
• Deliver weekly retention recap with performance, drivers, and next actions.
• Track revenue attributed to Klaviyo campaigns and compare to benchmarks.
